We love the design of our new website. The site provides a much nicer flow of information than our old site.

 

As a non-profit organization, cost is a major concern and we wanted to find a company that would provide us with a great site on a budget. In the event a potential client would like to know what your current clients think about the websites you developed for them, I’d like to add my comments about our site:

 

This was a huge project for us and one that we took time researching before deciding to go ahead with it and, as much time or more, choosing the developer with whom we would work to build our site. There are many technical aspects to producing a website that clients have to be able to look to their developer to handle. But, in a lot of ways, the technical aspects, although essential, are background functions. Kelly White Design can handle any and all of the technical aspects related to site development. What sets her apart though is her design ability. I mentioned reflecting the nature of an organization. That’s where her design ability soars and is what set Kelly White Design apart from any of the other companies we interviewed. As soon as we saw her portfolio we knew that she could capture what Wedel’s Nursery, Florist and Garden Center is…and she did. Everyone here is thrilled with our new site!

 

We have a great deal of work yet to do to even begin to take advantage of all that our site is currently capable of but it is already having an impact. We are getting several calls every day from people who have visited www.wedels.com and want to ask about products or services that we offer. We had a phone call from a person in the Upper Peninsula who saw that we have a full floral department and wanted us to deliver an arrangement for her. Another phone call resulted in a wedding consultation. There are many other examples of phone calls and emails that were generated by our web presence. I think you’ll be interested to know that most of those contacting us as a result of a site visit comment on how beautiful our site is. I have to agree with them – she has done a wonderful job.

 

Finally, one more point. Kelly White Design is here, in Kalamazoo…a hometown supplier. We liked the idea of “shopping locally” rather than with a company with an office here or a company with a sales team here. Wedel’s Nursery, Florist and Garden Center is a locally owned and operated business that wanted to develop an outstanding web presence and we accomplished just that with Kelly White Design.
